Who is eligible for the Russian Flagship?
The Russian Flagship encourages students of all levels of Russian language proficiency to apply for our program, including heritage speakers and students with zero background in Russian.
To apply, students must:
- Have at least a 3.00 cumulative GPA
- Be committed to achieving superior-level Russian by completing the necessary coursework, fulfilling program extracurricular requirements, staying in good academic standing, participating in a pre-Capstone study abroad program, and completing the Capstone Year abroad.
Students who are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents are eligible to apply for the program, but they are not eligible to receive Flagship funding.
